Cleaning up Deviations (moving scraps)

EDIT: Currently working on moving "scraps" into my gallery.

"Scrapbook" will contain pieces that I do not consider "art".
Reasons: Few look at them. Also, DisneyDreamers eventually removes Club members' "Scraps".

"Featured" will contain things worthy of display in a real portfolio.
Reasons: Those who do not know DA, might easily find my gallery. Many who have difficulty navigating the web (like my mother) may never see "Browse" or "Scraps".

"Browse" will contain art.
Reasons: I don't want them in Scraps. "Featured" pieces are automatically in there.
